1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "la44", "we", "us", "our" refers to la44 and its platform accessible at la44.io, including all associated sub-pages, services, games, and betting markets.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the la44 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal online account created by a Player following successful registration on la44.
• "Platform" means the la44 website, mobile-browser interface, and any related technology through which la44 services are delivered.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of the la44 platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the la44 platform, completing the registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and la44.

2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the la44 platform and must not attempt to create an Account or place any wager.

2.3 These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with la44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and la44. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

3.Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any la44 service. la44 strictly enforces this requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any funds in the Account — including deposits — may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

3.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the la44 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. la44 does not accept Players from Restricted Jurisdictions. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is not prohibited by the laws of your country or region of residence.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active Account on la44. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

3.4 Own Identity Only. You may only register an Account in your own name and using your own verified payment methods. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your Account, is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4.Account Registration

4.1 To use la44's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

4.2 la44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of a Player's account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

4.3 Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

4.4 la44 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

5.Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

5.2 You must notify la44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised. la44 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account.

5.3 la44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.

5.4 la44 will never contact you by email or live chat to request your password. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to la44's support team.

6.Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. la44 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. la44 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by la44, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.

6.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any legal encumbrance. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of betting, is strictly prohibited.

6.4 No Credit. la44 does not extend credit to Players. All betting and gaming activity must be funded from a positive Account Balance. la44 will not allow a wager that exceeds the Player's available Balance.

6.5 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your Account Balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. la44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7.Withdrawals

7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. la44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.3 Processing Time. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days depending on the relevant bank's processing schedule.

7.4 Verification Holds. la44 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification or any ongoing investigation. Players will be notified of such holds and the steps required to resolve them.

7.5 Bonus Wagering. Any withdrawal request made while Bonus Funds are active in a Player's Account will be subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being met in full before the withdrawal can be approved. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement may result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds.

8.Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 la44 offers promotional bonuses from time to time at its sole discretion. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of opt-in. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly communicated before a Player opts in. Wagering Requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion.

8.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of a Wagering Requirement. The contribution rate for each game category will be detailed in the promotion's specific terms.

8.4 Abuse. la44 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds, and to suspend or close an Account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any attempt to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with fair play.

8.5 Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. la44 may impose limits on the maximum bet size permitted while Bonus Funds are active in a Player's Account. These limits will be communicated within the relevant promotion's terms.

9.Betting Rules

9.1 All bets placed on la44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event. These rules are accessible within the relevant betting market on the Platform.

9.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until la44's system has issued a bet reference number and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the Player's Account Balance. A bet receipt displayed on screen constitutes confirmation.

9.3 Void Bets. la44 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to an obvious pricing error; (b) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned; (c) there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting activity; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

9.4 Maximum Payouts. la44 may apply maximum payout limits on individual bets or accumulators. These limits are disclosed within the betting markets and may be updated from time to time.

9.5 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are subject to delays in acceptance to prevent exploitation of information advantages. Odds may move between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is accepted. la44 will notify the Player of any such change and offer the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

10.Live Casino Rules

10.1 la44's live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These providers maintain their own certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and game rules. The game rules applicable to each live casino title are accessible within the game interface.

10.2 In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, la44 will endeavour to resolve the hand or round in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection policy. la44 accepts no liability for losses arising directly from technical disconnections caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including player-side internet failures.

10.3 Chat features available within live casino game lobbies must be used respectfully. Abusive, threatening, or offensive language directed at dealers or other players will result in immediate restriction of chat privileges and may result in Account suspension.

11.Prohibited Conduct

11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the la44 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one Account on la44 under any identity;
• Providing false or fraudulent identification or payment information;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability on the Platform and failing to report it to la44's support team;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the la44 platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction by means of a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing la44 staff or other Players in any communication channel.

11.2 Where la44 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, la44 reserves the right to: suspend or permanently close the Account; withhold or forfeit any Balance; reverse any pending withdrawals; and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

12.Responsible Gaming

12.1 la44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Players have access to a full suite of responsible gaming tools directly from their Account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

12.2 la44 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact la44's support team at [email protected] or to use the self-exclusion tool available in their Account dashboard to restrict access to the Platform.

13.Intellectual Property

13.1 All content on the la44 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video — is the property of la44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without la44's prior written consent.

14.Limitation of Liability

14.1 la44 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While la44 takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, la44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

14.3 la44's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.Amendments

15.1 la44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, la44 will notify active Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

15.2 Your continued use of the la44 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of any available Account Balance prior to account closure.

16.Governing Law

16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved by la44's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an independent arbitration body as designated by la44.

16.2 la44 operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair play certification. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
